A graduate of culinary school in Barcelona, Spain, Chef Bismarck brings two decades of food and beverage experience from kitchens around the world to Northern Virginia.

His work is rooted in a passion for quality and an obsession with detail — every dish is crafted to perfection, and every plate is served with a touch of elegance.

Today, Chef Bismarck offers a full range of catering — from corporate meetings and events to formal weddings — plus personal chef services, cafe operation, and fresh paella at the Ashbrook Farmers Market on select Saturdays.
